Reception Manager - Hotels



Our client has a number 4 & 5 star hotels based in Central London They are looking for an exceptional candidate with strong management skills to lead and develop their reception team. Based in a 4 star deluxe hotel, which has 500 plus rooms, you would be managing 8 staff per shift (both day and night)

Shift patterns for this role are 4 on and 4 off (4 days shifts one week and 4 nights the next week). Shifts last 12 hours

Duties include

• Staff management

• Being responsible for the hotel when working the night shift



Existing skills

• We are looking someone who has previous experience working within a hotel environment

• Preferably someone who comes from a similar size hotel in terms of amount of bedrooms (300 rooms plus)

• Strong management experience
