Duties Responsibilities:



Resourcing candidates for consultants’ vacancies



• Sourcing candidates from our database for client requirements

• Advertising requirements on the internet in order to attract strong candidates

• Interviewing prospective candidates in order to match them to requirements

• Emailing short-listed candidate CV’s to client

• Chasing feedback from client on CV’s

• Arranging interviews and sending interview details to candidates

• Lead pulling from candidates

• Lead pulling from other sources



Managing the Database



• Add / Update Candidates

• Add / Update Managers

• Add job requirements / interviews / deals onto database

• Update all email addresses/wrong email addresses

• General Database cleansing
