The Role

My Client is a rapidly expanding & financially rewarding top 3 UK Events Company with International Offices within Europe. Due to phenomenal growth and yet another strategic expansion plan to be launched , they currently seek an experienced Telesales Manager who will be responsible for recruiting, managing , training and mentoring a team of experienced Business to Business Sales Executives for a series of B2B products aimed at the biggest International Blue Chip Companies.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following;

• High decision makers

• High order values

• Closing Sales for Sales Executives

• Excellent track record of hitting personal and team targets

• Experience of Interviewing , mentoring and managing an Inside Sales Team

• A background within Events ,Advertising, Pre Sales, Business information, Media

This position offers International attendance where the products are to be sold with opportunities to internally transfer at one of the other office based European locations.
