The UK’s most prestigious consultancy has an immediate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate to be based out of their office in Central London



Remuneration:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits

The Client:

My client is one of the world's leading construction cost consultant practices, and has been established for over a century. The company is a top five consultancy in the UK with their head office is in Central London.



They provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for blue chip clients in property development, education and health care, Commercial, Arts, Hotels, Retail, Sport, and M&E. They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an Associate to join them on the Kings Cross project in Central London



The Job:

You will be working closely with a Partner with the key responsibility to take a lead role on a major mixed-use regeneration scheme, Kings Cross.



As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate you will need excellent client facing skills and will be required to take an overview on a number of individual projects within the large scale, long term delivery of the master plan development together with acting as project leader on some of these projects.



Man management skills and the ability to manage an in-house team comprising cost consultants from assistant to Associate level will be essential.



Synopsis:

This role offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role on one of Europe’s largest and most high profile projects and the opportunity to progress to Partner in a leading international Property and Construction Consultancy organisation



Requirements:

• 15 – 25 years Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience

• Strong PQS/Consultancy background – mix background is also considered

• MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB affiliations are advantageous

• The candidate must have commercially related experience based around mixed use, office, residential and masterplanning
