An enthusiastic, creative, client facing Project Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to be involved in commercial developments within an exciting team environment based in Central London.
Remuneration for the Project Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor/QS:
£55,000-£60,000 per annum

The Role for the Project Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor/QS::
The role will entail providing comprehensive, accurate and cost effective services for their clients, to deliver in all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through to its completion. To achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm.
To provide risk, value and procurement advice in a sector specialised environment.
Assist in coaching and appraising of junior members of staff. To act as a supervisor for current graduates and work with them to achieving competences for the APC.
Requirements for the Project Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor/QS:
A minimum requirement of 3 years chartered status or up to 5 years relevant cost management experience.
However, we will look at candidates with less experience provided this experience to date is sufficiently relevant.
Ideally a degree in a "built environment" subject and/or a relevant professional qualification, typically: MRICS, MAPM, MICE, MCIOB, or equivalent.
