Fee Earner - Fire Flood and Damage with Litigation
We have 2 new exciting positions for our clients in London, positions available for fee earners with 2 - 4 years PQE or equivalent experience, to join a team handling subrogated claims on a delegated scheme relating to material damage and business interruption (which often raise policy coverage issues) on behalf of insurers. The successful candidates must have experience of insurance litigation in respect of material damage, construction, business interruption and policy coverage related risks, which includes all types of non-personal injury claims. The successful candidates must have excellent legal and analytical skills with an ability to proactively resolve claims commercially. These individuals will have their own caseload and report to a Technical Manager. This is an ideal opportunity to consolidate and develop your existing insurance specialism within an interactive team. Insurance litigation experience is essential.

Training contracts have been issued to internal candidates after 12 months service minimum and as long as the candidates skills, capabilities and reliability along with a genuine company need have been present. Strong teams to work within are another bonus.
