A 2nd 3rd Line IT Support person is urgently required for a number one industry leader based in Kingston upon Thames. You must have at least 5 years experience in the industry, ideally in a support role. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. This individual will need to confidently and effectively communicate with all levels of public/private organisations. A good understanding of Microsoft technologies at an intermediate level.

As the 2nd 3rd Line IT Support person you will ideally possess a Microsoft qualification (MCSE) and be fully conversant within a technical support role, including networking and troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, LAN / WAN / DNS), a proven knowlede of IIS, Exchange 2003, Firewall, VPN and Citrix administration would be benifitial. You will also need to hold a full UK Driving licence as you will be required to travel occasionally. You are going to need excellent communication skills as well as a real passion for IT.
