JOB TITLE: Air Conditioning Project Manager

SALARY: 40k neg + 15/20k bonus/commission + bens



THE COMPANY

Our client are an established company absed in Central London with a reputation for building air conditioning systems that meet the customer requirements perfectly. As part of ongoing expansion and an increased number of contracts they require an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager



THE ROLE

Taking full responsibility for the projects, you will meet customers at the early stages of the project to build a relationship and progress the project from concept to completion. This role is as much about the customer relationship and using your contacts within the industry to bring in potential new business, as it is to actually manage the projects and ensure they are completed to spec, on time, and within budget.



THE CANDIDATE

To be suitable for this role you must be an experience Project Manager from within the Air Conditioning industry, and have considerable experience of managing both new installations and ongoing maintenance/refurb/service contracts. Living within a commutable distance on Central London (SW1 postcode) you can expect to be very busy over the coming months, jumping between ongoing projects and meeting new customers to help seal the deal.



Ideally you will have come from a hands-on air conditioning background and have spent just a few years in a field role learning the technical side of the industry before being quickly promoted into a senior PM role. Naturally the more AC/HVAC certifications and qualifications you have under your belt the better.
