Receptionist



Position: Receptionist

Salary: £16,000



Are you a skilled receptionist with solid communication skills looking for a receptionist position in a luxury 5 star boutique hotel in Kensington?



My client is looking for a friendly and confident receptionist to make their hotel guests feel welcome. You will be handling room bookings and cancellations, general requests and queries, complaints, and any questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Additionally, you will prepare bills and take payments, pass messages onto guests and deal with any special requests.



For this role, it is essential to be fluent in at least one other European language. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of and experience working in a 5 star hotel. You will have excellent customer service skills, written and spoken communication skills, an ability to remain calm under pressure and you will be very well presented. This role will be approximately 40 hours a week, with varying shifts.
